Kim offers both individual and group advising sessions, in person and via Zoom, with a strong focus on academic planning, course selection, and supporting student transitions, awards, and overall well-being. 

She uses student-centred advising strategies and develops initiatives to enhance registration, retention, and academic success. 

Kimberly also collaborates closely with faculty and staff across the university to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment. Her commitment to student success makes her an integral member of the academic support team at La Cité.
